TEACHER OF FOOD AND NUTRITION

Salary:  MPR £30,000 to £41,333 per annum, actual based on hours

Hours:  Full time, 32.44 hours per week. Flexible working options may be considered.

Contract: Permanent

Start date: 1st September 2024

Location: Jesmond Park Academy

You will be employed by the Gosforth Group and may need to work across all locations within the Multi Academy Trust as required.

About the role

We are looking to appoint from September 2024 an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher of Food and Nutrition with the potential to teach Health and Social Care. The successful candidate must have sound knowledge of the food curriculum at KS3 and KS4. The candidate appointed will join a successful and supportive team of staff who regularly share good practice and provide a knowledge based approach to learning.

We are looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic and innovative Teacher of of Food and Nutrition who shares a willingness to teach across the full age and ability range is essential. This role is suitable for ECT’s.
