Salary: N3 £19,380 - £19,703 pa actual based on hours

(Full time equivalent salary: £23,114 - £23,500)

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week. Term time only

Flexible working options may be considered.

Contract: Permanent

Start date: 2nd September 2024

Location: Jesmond Park Academy

You will be employed by the Gosforth Group and may need to work across all locations within the Multi Academy Trust as required.

About the role

At Jesmond Park Academy, the Student Support Base is used by at least 30 students across the week on a full time or part time basis. The range of needs supported with the Student Support Base is varied from medical, emotional, SEN and EAL. The role will be varied and interesting, working with a wide range of stakeholders to provide high quality support focused on maximising the outcomes for all students who need support.

 

What we are looking for

We are seeking to appoint from September 2024 a suitably qualified Support Assistant. We are looking for an interest in or experience in working with students with a range of needs.

This is an opportunity to join a successful Student Support Team. We are looking for applicants with enthusiasm and flexibility.
