£28,371 - £31,099 PER ANNUM, PRO RATA

You will be employed by the Gosforth Group and may need to work across all locations within the Multi Academy Trust as required.

We are seeking an experienced and energetic HLTA to take a leading role in supporting students in our Student Support Base. The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal skills, be well organised, be able to organise students and their work.

The role will be varied and interesting, working with a wide range of stakeholders to provide high quality support focused on maximising the outcomes for all students who need support.

At Jesmond Park Academy, the Student Support Base is used by at least 30 students across the week on a full time or part time basis. The range of needs supported with the Student Support Base is varied from medical, emotional, SEN and EAL.

The person appointed will have an excellent track record of supporting students at KS3 and KS4. A high level of literacy, numeracy and excellent ICT skills will be required.

Following the shortlisting process, where applicable, candidates who attend interview will be reimbursed reasonable expenses for travel and accommodation.
