Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are delighted your child will be joining us in Year 7 in September. This is a very exciting and challenging time for your child, and to help them feel comfortable about their transfer from primary to secondary, a Summer School will take place during the first week of the summer holidays 25th – 29h July 2022.
Summer School 2022 is designed to be an engaging and fun week for incoming students with a focus on learning new skills. It will introduce students to the school - staff, facilities, allow the opportunity to make new friends and will build confidence in students. Activities will incorporate PE, games, team building, IT, food tech, art, crafts and a range of other subject's studied at secondary school. A free cold lunch is provided every day. There is breakfast club drop off available from 8am if required otherwise it is 9am start until 2.45pm collection.
Please note places are only available for students who will attend Jesmond Park Academy in September.
