Dear Parent/Carer,
Hope you and your families are well and enjoyed the half term break.
I am writing to let you know that unfortunately due to limited supplies of the vaccinations, not all planned students received the Covid or Flu immunisations. The limited supplies of the vaccinations was beyond the schools control.
No further dates have been given to the school by the Immunisation Team for a catch-up programme.
If your child has not received their Covid vaccination, can I suggest you consider booking a vaccination for any 12-15 year old via the NHS programme that is now running via www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccine. Please can you contact your GP for a catch-up Flu vaccination if they didn’t receive one today at school.
As soon as we are informed of any dates for any catch-up programmes we will let you know.
