Requests for exam certificates should be sent to examsoffice@jesmondparkacademy.org.uk stating your name, date of birth, phone number, email and the year you took the exams.
Once your request has been received, your certificates will be retrieved and placed on Main Reception for you to collect at your convenience. You will receive an email to advise you when they are ready. Please bring photo ID.
We are unable to send certificates through the post.
You can nominate someone to collect on your behalf. To do this, please indicate on your email request who you wish to nominate, including their full name. They will need to bring photo ID.
We can only guarantee to hold certificates for one year. After this time you may need to contact the Exam Board directly for copies.
