Today, we observe World Mental Health Day, a time to reflect on how we care for ourselves and for one another. This year's theme, "Access to Services Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies," reminds us that support must be available not just in clinics or hospitals, but also in the places we live and learn. At home, open conversations and emotional support can make all the difference. In schools, creating safe, inclusive environments helps young people thrive - especially during times of stress or crisis. In our communities, we must ensure that mental health care is accessible to everyone, everywhere especially in emergencies.
